  I've installed Reminder Forwarding.  Why does it not show up in my Outlook?
  For security reasons, Outlook disables add-ins.  To re-enable Reminder Forwarding,
  please try the following:

1) In Outlook, click Help->About
2) Click on "Disabled Items."
3) Enable any item that is disabled. (There may be more than one of our components that were disabled).

You should be up and running after closing and re-opening Outlook. If
this does not work, please try re-starting your computer.

  I do not see my mobile provider listed.  What do I do?
  Simply contact your mobile provider and ask them what your "email to SMS" address is.
  This is an email address that you can use to send SMS messages to your mobile phone via email.
  You may use that address as the email address in the "Choose Phone or E-Mail" screen.
